Reservations Specialist - Media and HNWIThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reservations Agent to join a dynamic business within a niche market, which provides accommodation for high net worth individuals. The business has been built on reputation, ethos and a passion for delivering an exceptionally high level of customer service; they are truly market leaders within their specialist field.Reservations Specialist - What will I be doing?Whilst the core part of this role is booking accommodation, it offers a great deal of variety and no two days are the same. Whether you are arranging hotels, bespoke accommodation, or managing existing bookings, youll need to be resourceful, have the ability to multi-task and must be able to react quickly and effectively and meet demanding and often changing deadlines. The position is challenging as well as fun and requires a self-motivated and ambitious individual with a desire to succeed.Reservations Specialist - What experience do I need?Experience within the travel industry is essential, ideally with experience of researching and securing accommodation for business and leisure tripsExcellent at building relationships and rapportA problem solver with the ability to follow through tasks and responsibilities to ensure positive outcomesGreat communication skills and an excellent telephone mannerExcellent eye for detail and accuracyA team player who can engage effectively across all levels of a businessHighly motivated and well-organisedGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelReservations Consultant - What else do I need to know?This role is part of a dynamic and supportive team and requires a high degree of flexibility and an ability to deal with change, growth and pressurised deadlines. It is the ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about travel, and who always strives to deliver the best possible service to customers and clients. The role is based in North West London on a permanent basis and is fully office based. The hours are Monday - Friday on a shift basis between 9am and 6.30pm
