Youll be the go to person for residents: welcoming them, supporting their day-to-day needs, and making sure every interaction adds to an exceptional living experience.No two days are the same. One moment youre leading a viewing and turning it into a booking, the next youre greeting residents, managing parcels, logging issues, or jumping in to help run an event. Its a fast-paced, people-first role where your energy and attention to detail help create an exceptional resident experience.Your Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for residents, delivering a polished and personable service that reflects the brands high standards.Conduct viewings and support move-ins, check-ins, and check-outs.Perform regular inspections and complete accurate inventory reports.Support social events and resident experiences to foster community and engagement.Assist with ad hoc tasks and collaborate closely with the Property Manager to drive key performance targets.Your Requirements: Prior experience in the PBSA/BTR or Co-living sector.A natural people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment.A true team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage and highly valued.Please call me on 07378552356 or visit me on LinkedIn (Kamile Marcinskaite) and send me a message there.
