About the Role:Compass Associates are excited to partner with a highly regarded provider of complex care at home to recruit a Nurse Case Manager. In this role, you will oversee paediatric complex care packages across Northwest and Southwest London, supporting children and young adults with conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Brain Injury, and Neuromuscular Disorders.
