Website: www.bordelle.co.ukSenior Pattern Cutter & GraderWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pattern Cutter and Grader with over 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is technically minded with a deep understanding of patterns, fit, grading, and complex garment construction. They possess a keen analytical eye for proportion and detail and consistently deliver work with a high level of accuracy.This role requires someone who is well-organised, methodical, and efficient, with the ability to remain calm and level-headed under pressure while consistently meeting deadlines. A fast learner with a growth mindset, the successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and innovation, bringing a creative and forward-thinking approach to their work.Strong communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and a problem-solving mindset are essential.
