Collaboration with technical and operational teams within our client's organization will be key to creating and delivering exhibition stands that are visually stunning and stand out in a competitive environment.Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to build and develop long-term relationships with exhibition stand designers, creative agencies, and other stakeholders involved in the design and construction of exhibition stands.While some client accounts are already established, you will be responsible for developing new relationships and securing business.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of accounts while identifying and building new relationships with exhibition stand builders and designers.Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative expertise, helping them achieve their goals through compelling exhibition stand designs.Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth, working with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.Attend industry functions to strengthen existing relationships and develop new connections within the exhibition and live events sectors.What Were Looking ForDo you have experience specifically in the exhibition industry and a growing interest in AV? If so, we would love to hear from you!We would expect you to have:2+ years of account management experience within the exhibition sector (experience in AV or technical production is beneficial but not essential)A strong networker and relationship builderProficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM softwareProficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote and Microsoft OfficeAbility to analyse data and make data-driven decisionsExcellent presentation, sales, and negotiation skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsIf the above sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you!Our clients services primarily cater to trade exhibitions, typically scheduled on weekdays. However, occasional weekend work may be necessary. While the role primarily involves office and on-site work, we also provide opportunities for hybrid work.
