Planet Pharma are partnered with a leading biotech who is seeking to hire a Specialist Nurse within HIV. You would be responsible for supporting Health Care Professionals and Allied Healthcare Professionals to deliver service improvements to achieve national standards of care for People Living with HIV and those who can benefit from prevention.Key Responsibilities:Leverages clinical knowledge and experience to support healthcare professionals (HCPs) in identifying gaps between current practice and national clinical standards.Designs and delivers HIV educational programmes, engaging HCPs through one-on-one interactions and group meetings to enhance understanding of long-term health management in HIV care.Collaborates with territory team partners to develop comprehensive business plans, allocate responsibilities, and communicate necessary actions to achieve strategic objectives. Jointly responsible for managing territory budgets related to customer engagement, speaker events, and other external activities aligned with business goals.Key Requirements:Demonstrated experience of auditing, service evaluation and continuous service improvement.Strong background in either HIV, sexual health or women's health.Nurse, Pharmacist or Doctor background.Self-motivated with high level of drive.Must work really well as part of a team as there is a strong culture in this group.Ideally evidence of congress publicationsAbout Planet Pharma:Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
