Personal AssistantHaslemere, Surrey30-35k Monday to FridayAre you an experienced Personal Assistant with first-class customer service skills? Do you have experience working with high-net-worth individuals? Then this may be the role for you!Our client is a long-established company with an outstanding reputation who deal predominantly in the top end of the market. You will be working front of house providing a full PA and administration service to the team. To be considered you will have a proven track record of building and maintaining excellent relationships with directors, managers, clients and suppliers.To be successful you should be able to deliver under pressure and possess excellent organisational and time management skills. Being well presented and confident both in person and over the phone is essential.Is this you?Previous PA experience within the property industry would be preferred but is not essentialAt least 2 years solid PA experienceExperience dealing with high-net-worth individualsExcellent spoken and written EnglishBe discreetBe articulate with excellent communication skillsHave the ability to develop strong internal and external relationshipsHave excellent IT skills across all Microsoft packagesHave the ability to provide clear and concise information at planned and ad-hoc meetings.Full UK driving licence would be preferred.The salary on offer will be between 30,000 and 35,000 depending on experience and skill sets. This is a Monday to Friday role.
