Proven ability to manage projects with contract values exceeding 500,000. A solid grasp of digital/technological equipment and systems relevant to exhibitions. Exceptional budget management and supplier negotiation skills. Strong client communication and relationship-building abilities. A solutions-oriented, proactive, and team-focused approach.What Youll Do: Oversee and manage exhibition booth projects from pre-production to on-site execution and derig. Collaborate with the design team to evaluate costs and delivery complexity. Manage on-site teams, including external contractors and internal staff. Oversee print production and ensure high-quality deliverables. Maintain and drive revenue, focusing on margin management. Negotiate with suppliers and partners to secure competitive pricing. Liaise with venues, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Manage cost sheet programs and budgets. Lead client communication, including planning meetings and site visits. Work with tech support and digital teams to integrate digital elements. Conduct venue site inspections and provide detailed reports. Manage supply chain and subcontractor relationships.
