They are seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Quantity Surveyor to join their team for a site-based role in Manchester city centre. This position focuses on the delivery of projects with MEP values ranging from 12m to 26m, where the projects are already secured. The role is primarily delivery-focused with an emphasis on ensuring efficient project execution and issue resolution.
