We are an Expert Fee Collection Agency operating in theLloyds Insurance Market for the last 24 years. We provide a range of broking services including fee and indemnity collections and are looking for an Insurance Technician to join our growing and dynamic team of professionals.ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for handling the processing and collection of our clients invoicesMarket identification, electronic broking via ECF, CLASS & IMRLiaising with Underwriters/ Clients to resolve queriesPreparing and submitting paper file presentations where necessaryClient meetings and entertainingProviding reports, forecasts, and preparation for client meetingsProficient use of the Microsoft Office package is essentialStrong time management skills requiredThis role will ideally suit an experienced claims professional with knowledge of the London market. The individual must be willing to learn, be self-motivated, able to work on their own initiative and work confidently as part of a team. Full training will be provided and CII studies will be paid for.
