RAN System Architecture Lead/Manager5G RAN Infrastructure Technologies UK Home Office with occasional EMEA travelc70K plus bonus & benefitsThe company Cutting edge Radio Access Network technologies, ORAN, Private5G & NHIBMajor customer logos across; Tier 1 Service Providers as well as ORAN and Private5G network deploymentsSignificant EMEA growth and increase in market share in the past 3 yearsNew solutions and roadmap to break into new markets and continue with their growth trajectoryThe JobTechnically lead a small RAN infrastructure team on all Pre and Post Sales activities, responding to RFPs, Design, I&C, training and customer supportAct as lead technical SME to customers and partners on solution deployments, evaluate design, proposals and use.Project Management and scheduling of commissioning and integration activitiesOversee technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring tickets are resolved and acting as primary point of escalationConduct training sessions, internally for the team as well as overseeing customer trainingHybrid role, flexible working cultureYouTechnical expertise of 4G or 5G Radio Access Network technologies; Small Cells, ORAN, DAS etc,Experience of RF design, RF Modulation schemes, RF measurement tools etc.Customer facing experience/ability preferably from RAN design and I&C activities.Experience of running PoCs, trials, contributing to RFPs etc. an advantage but not essentialSelf-sufficient and can-do attitude Fast paced environmentAbility to travel not excessive 25% of the timeFantastic opportunity to join a proven leader with a culture and environment that empowers their employees and rewards ability and success.
