In addition, take PM line reporting responsibility providing outstanding leadership. The role will interact closely with the head of construction (who directly report), SHEQ, commercial, sales and wider teams in the business. In addition, the job holder will be accountable for SHEQ, programme and commercial status across assigned portfolio. Actively participating in specific project Governance. The role provides clear leadership and vision, to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
