About the companyI am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Wolverhampton, who are seeking a BEM Launch Engineer to join their team Skills Required:Problem solvingManufacturing process knowledgeHV Battery knowledge Experience Required:Preferred degree qualified in relevant engineering subject.Demonstrates the Clients' Creators Code behaviours of Customer Love, Unity, Integrity, Growth and Impact.Relevant OR previous experience of Launch in Manufacturing; working knowledge of quality tools and processes.An individual, who works independently, is results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance with the ability to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment.Embracing differences, being empathetic, welcoming challenges together empowering each other to deliver.Strong people skills and the ability to work individually and in a cross functional team.
