Outstanding opportunity for a Sub Agent to support with the delivery of a ~30M marine civils package that forms part of the wider Sizewell C programme. This programme is scheduled to finish by 2031, offering 15+ years worth of work in a fixed locationJoining a niche Marine Civil Contractor, you will provide support to the Senior Project Manager in organising the day to day running of this project. The scope includes over 1,000 metres of sheet piling, cofferdam construction and diversion of existing drainage channels. This is a unique and challenging piece of civil engineering that will be carried out in an area of SSSI.This will be the first of many projects meaning you will enjoy a fixed working location for the next few years, along with a platform to advance your career to Site Agent. You will also gain unique technical experience, working in a true niche alongside experts in their field.As a Sub Agent, youll manage direct employees and plant on site. Youll keep all paperwork up to date. Youll ensure that all safety, quality and environmental procedures are adhered to at all times and conform with the construction project plans.To be successful in this position, it is thought you will:Hold a relevant qualification in Civil Engineering (HNC, HND or Degree) Have several years of site-based experience gained working on civil engineering projects with values more than 10MHave some understanding of the NEC form of contract Hold a valid CSCS Card and SSSTS or SMSTSOn offer is a salary of 58,000 - 62,000 per annum, a car allowance, DC pension, accommodation and subsistence, and 25 days holidayInterested?
