You will need to be a strong leader of people with a passion for quality. You will need to work with your production colleagues to ensure that the quality of our products is the best in the food to go industry whilst committing to our on time and in full approach to customer service.What you will be doing: Driving a RFT quality culture in production areasDelivery of training and compliance signoff for production and technical colleaguesLead/drive and mentor the culture around waste managementOverseeing the daily taste panel compliance to customer specificationManaging the GMP internal audit schedule and complianceConducting internal QMS audits in line with scheduleDeveloping and managing training plans for QA/QCs to ensure upskill and succession plans identified (PDPs/PDRs)Management of traceability softwareManaging the site's quarantine and disposal logImplementing 10 day and under actions to minimise wasteDelivery of induction training in line with shared responsibility across the teamConduct destructive pack tests for all new launches against QAS & Specification.Management of site calibration scheduleAbout You:In a customer-facing role, you must be an ambassador of our brand.
