Aircraft Maintenance Technician Location: Northwest Wales Duration: 12 Months, likely to be extendedClearance: Additional clearances required from Day 1; SC to followAbout the Role:Were seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to support line and base maintenance operations for a Rotary Wing fleet, including aircraft movements and general hangar duties.Responsibilities for an Aircraft Maintenance Technician:.Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance under the supervision of a Lead EngineerComplete maintenance inspections and repairs under the supervision.Conduct maintenance on airframe structures, engines, mechanical and electrical systems in accordance with regulatory standardsAssist with aircraft movements and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient hangar environmentRequirements for an Aircraft Maintenance Technician:Strong knowledge of aircraft engine and airframe systemsProficient in the use of specialised diagnostic and test equipmentSolid understanding of line and base maintenance procedures and flight operationsCompleted an apprenticeship in Aircraft Maintenance or a related disciplineDesirable Skills:Experience with UK Military Aviation and the UK MFTSFamiliarity with CAA Part 145 and Part M regulationsPrevious hands-on experience with H135 and H145 helicoptersHow to Apply ?This is a fantastic opportunity for an Aircraft Maintenance Technician.
