We are seeking IT Engineers and IT Project Leaders for an IT company located in Central London.Our company is part of a diversified group based in London, with businesses in restaurant management, investment, real estate brokerage, and management consulting. In this position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to companies within the group as well as offering services to external clients.As our group experiences rapid growth, the IT department plays a crucial role in supporting the core of our business. Therefore, the scope of this position is broad, ranging from IT infrastructure operation and maintenance, security management, and technical support for end users, to the planning and implementation of new projects. Our office, which houses multiple groups companies, fosters close collaboration, enabling an environment where open communication allows for the flexible and prompt proposal and execution of new ideas and solutions.We welcome applicants who possess advanced technical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Location London Zone 1Job ResponsibilitiesNetwork and Server Maintenance & Operation:Maintenance, management, operation, installation, configuration, and replacement of network equipmentTroubleshooting and recovery response in case of system failuresContinuous performance monitoring and early detection and preventive resolution of potential issuesMaintenance and operation of servers (e.g., email servers, web servers)Support for End Users and Clients:Providing technical support to employees of various group companiesResponding to IT-related inquiries and providing technical assistanceConfiguration and management of PCs, software, networks, and user accounts (e.g., Microsoft 365)Providing training and advice on the use of various IT infrastructuresSecurity and IT Risk Management:Formulating and executing data backup plans, and managing data recoveryDeveloping and implementing IT security policies, and preventing and managing information leakage risksImplementing countermeasures against external cyber-attacks and strengthening internal securityOthers:Developing and updating IT operation manualsPlanning and executing new projects, and project managementRequirementsExperience in network and server construction and maintenanceIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 servicesStrong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skills in both Japanese and EnglishProject management skillsMust have a valid visa to work in the UKPreferred QualificationsExperience in website operation and productionExperience or interest in project managementUnrestricted work visa in the UKSalary: Negotiable, based on experienceStart Date: To be decided during the interviewWorking Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (compensatory time off available for weekend work)Come and join this brilliant Firm!---------------------------------------------------------ITITIT ITITITIT IT PCMicrosoft365 IT IT IT IT Microsoft 365 UK Web UK 9-18
