What Youll Be DoingYoull play a key role in delivering innovative geotechnical solutions on large-scale UK and international projects. Responsibilities include:Managing multidisciplinary assignments with technical, commercial, and financial oversightProducing and overseeing technical delivery of detailed design, design checks, and advanced analysis including FEM (e.g. PLAXIS, Z-soil)Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their Chartership journeySupporting business development by contributing to proposals and developing client relationshipsDriving excellence and consistency across our technical outputsWorking closely with other disciplines in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
