We are KAEFER UK & IrelandCount on us.Location: Central Belt, Scotland Contract Type: Full TimeThe OpportunityWe are currently sourcing multiple scaffolders to assist with on site works in the Central Belt. The candidate must have the ability to erect, dismantle and alter scaffold as part of a scaffolding team. Key Responsibilities The Scaffolder be able to demonstrate and have knowledge of:Statutory regulations and safety requirements (including SG4) relating to the erection and dismantling of simple scaffolds.The regulations governing inspection of scaffolds.Make adequate provision for the safety of themselves, the workforce, the public affected by scaffolding work, and future users of the scaffold structure by working to the relevant British and European Standards, NASC guidance and statutory regulations.Install anchor ties and other specialist fixings to the manufacturers recommendations.Testing and reporting in accordance with TG4.Inspect Basic scaffolds prior to handover.Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceTube & Fitting Experience Layher/Cuplock/Haki/Plettac system (Desirable) Requirements of role:Part 1/Part 2 Scaffold Training NVQ Level 2 Scaffolding CISRS Basic Scaffold Card Holder Health & Safety testedWhy KAEFER UK & Ireland?Our mission is clear: to be the most reliable and efficient provider of technical industrial services.
