They hold held the Investors in People Gold Award.THE ROLEYou will work within the maintenance teams supporting the Maintenance and Construction DeptYou will be responsible for undertaking all electrical repairs, and associated multiskilled repairs to both domestic and commercial propertiesYou will take pride in your work to ensure it is carried to a high-quality standardYou need a sound working knowledge of the wider building construction sector, understanding components, materials, building trades and applicable regulationsYou will engage with all stakeholders of the service, promoting the business across communitiesTHE PERSONYou will have a flexible approach and experience of working in a domestic and commercial property maintenance environmentYou must have excellent customer service skills to be successful in this roleYou can demonstrate experience of working in a customer focussed environmentYou will hold an NVQ/City of Guilds qualifying you as an electricianYou will hold the 18th Edition, Testing & InspectionYou must have a full driving licence for this roleTO APPLYPlease apply for this position and your CV will go direct to our Engineering Consultant Harry Mann who is leading the search.
