They are currently seeking an experienced M&E Design Manager to take the lead on mechanical and electrical design elements of water and wastewater treatment projects.This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented design professional to drive technical excellence, mentor a team, and deliver high-quality, cost-effective engineering solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the mechanical and electrical design for pumping station projects from concept through to completion.Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and meet client specifications.Produce and review design documentation, including schematics, layouts, and calculations.Oversee and support junior engineers, providing guidance and technical input.Collaborate closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal project teams.Manage multiple projects and lead design review meetings.Key Requirements:Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).Proven experience in M&E design within the water or pumping station sector.Strong working knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.Excellent leadership, organisational, and project management skills.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Whats in it for you:Competitive salary of 55,000 - 60,000 per annum.Career progression and development opportunities.A dynamic, supportive, and collaborative work environment.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
