Integration & Test EngineerIndustry: Defence & AerospaceLocation: Fully onsite - LondonWorking Week: 37.5 hrs across 4 daysPassport: Must be a British-born sole UK NationalSecurity Clearance: Enhanced DV (Developed Vetting) requiredThe Opportunity:The worlds leading Aerospace and Defence Company seeks an influential Integration and Test Engineer to support the design, building, and deployment of cutting-edge software solutions that protect the UKs security and push the boundaries of innovation and next-gen capabilities.The Role:Lead & Integrate: Design, integrate, and deploy mission-critical systems for real-world security operations.Test & Automate: Develop and execute test plans, build automated frameworks, and embed them into CI/CD pipelines.Troubleshoot & Optimise: Debug complex full-stack architectures, ensuring reliability and scalability.Deploy at Scale: Deliver large-scale software solutions across multi-system environments.Cloud & Infrastructure: Work with public, private, and hybrid cloud deployments, overcoming constraints for seamless operation.Key Requirements:Security Clearance: British-born UK National with active DV (Developped Vetting) Clearance, willing to obtain Enhanced DV before joining.Test & Integration: Proven expertise in test planning, development, and execution within Agile & DevSecOps environments.Automation & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, automated test frameworks, Blue-Green deployments, and optimising pipelines for cloud-based deployments.Problem-Solving & Security: Strong debugging skills for complex systems, with expertise in functional & non-functional test automation, analysis, and reporting.Cloud & Infrastructure: Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, EKS, Fargate, IAM, S3, Lambda), AWS SDK (Boto3) for automation, CloudTrail for security auditing, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Certifications: ISTQB (Foundation, Agile, Performance, Security) or equivalent highly desirable.Benefits Package:Base Salary: Up to 65,000Bonus: Up to 10% based on individual performanceFlexible Working: Options for a 4-day workweek or a 9-day fortnightPension: Employer contribution up to 10%, matching employee contributions up to 5%Health & Wellbeing: Bupa Private medical insuranceAnnual Leave: 25 days holiday per year, plus public holidaysLearning & Development: Excellent training and certification opportunities, along with an annual salary reviewFor more information or to apply, please reach out to:Contact | 02077806706LinkedIn | George Bates | LinkedInEmail | george.bates@ansonmccade.com Integration & Test Engineer
