HW is currently recruiting for a Pensions Remediation Specialist to support our client on an interim basis to lead the resolution of complex, historic pension and payroll issues identified during a recent UK audit.Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.Partnering close with the business you will be taking the lead on translating audit outcomes into a comprehensive, compliant, and executable plan.You will be responsible for: Addressing systemic issues in pension administration Conducting detailed root cause analysis on incidents, identifying trends and systemic issues that require remediation.Implementing corrective actions Managing the remediation portfolio to prevent future occurrences Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (e.g., operations, compliance, legal) and external stakeholders (e.g., trustees, regulatory bodies) You will have previous experience supporting clients across Pension process improvement, with exposure working closely with HMRC and the with the regulator.
