You will work alongside our dedicated teaching staff to deliver high-quality, personalised learning opportunities that help each child develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, delivering, and evaluating lessons in collaboration with class teachers. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, ensuring their engagement and progress. Adapt learning activities to meet the specific needs of students. Help create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and senior staff. Liaise with parents and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.About You:HLTA qualification(or equivalent) or a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. Experience working with children with SEN in a school or other educational setting. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Experience in implementing strategies to support students with a range of learning needs.
