This role focuses on delivering high-quality accounting and business management services to a prestigious portfolio of clients, including athletes, entertainers, production companies, and media professionals. Reporting to theDirectors and Managing Director, you will act as a trusted advisor, managing your clients financial affairs with discretion, accuracy, and strategic insight.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end business management services to clients, including bookkeeping, cash flow management, payment processing, and financial oversightPrepare statutory accounts and ensure compliance with relevant reporting and disclosure requirementsCoordinate tax filings and maintain regulatory compliance for client entitiesAct as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day financial operations and delivering tailored adviceOversee and execute banking transactions and client payment schedules in a secure and timely mannerLiaise with external professionals including lawyers, tax advisors, auditors, and banks on behalf of clientsDeliver regular financial reporting and strategic insight to support clients business and personal financial goalsReport on client matters regularly to the Finance Director and Managing Director, providing updates, insights, and recommendationsMaintain confidentiality and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards in all interactionsRequirementsACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experienceProven experience in a client-facing accounting or business management roleStrong technical knowledge of statutory accounting and reporting requirementsBackground in sports, media, or entertainment sectors is strongly preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligenceAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and build long-term client trustWhy Join UsBe part of a growing advisory firm at the heart of the sports and media worldWork directly with high-profile clients in a rewarding and fast-paced environmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career advancement and international exposureSalary 40k-70k DOE
