Our team works remotely across the UK, united by a shared passion for our mission and pride in our achievements.If youre looking to be part of a forward-thinking team making a real difference in the construction industry, wed love to have you with us!The OpportunityWe are looking for a talented Digital Content and Media Designer to help us to transform the way people learn.This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week.Salary: 40,000, plus company and individual performance related bonus and workplace pension.Location: Remote.Holiday: 25 days, plus an added day every two years of service (up to 5 additional days).Professional Development: Were big believers in helping our team grow, with plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and career.The RoleOperam Academy has strong brand recognition for engaging content that makes the complex seem simple and values peoples time. We have ambitious plans for new content that will add greater value to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Develop engaging digital content and media, including videos, graphics, podcasts, and social media posts.Create educational content for learners that will be hosted on the company's learning management system (LMS).Create visually appealing designs for websites, advertisements, marketing materials, and learning resources using the Adobe Creative Suite.Plan, shoot, and edit videos that bring stories to life, ensuring high-quality production standards.Support social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and voice.The PersonYou must have:At least 3 years of proven experience as an digital content and media designer or similar role.Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premier Pro) Lots of energy, creative flair and a strong portfolio showcasing your work.You should have:Strong skills in creating engaging content and media across various formats (videos, graphics, podcasts, social media posts).Experience in creating educational content that captures learners' attention and understanding instructional design principles.Knowledge of AI tools (such as Smartcat and Synthesia etc) and how they can be leveraged to optimize the development workflow and enhance learning experiences.Experience of localising and translating content to suit different countries and regions.
