You will leverage your extensive experience in the specialty tyre industry to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, develop sales forecasts, and collaborate closely with our team in China HQ to meet customer demands and drive product innovation.Key Responsibilities:Develop new customers and maintain old customers in the tyre industry.Develop and execute business plans that achieve strategic growth objectives for Sailun's as well as for customer's business.Develop sales forecasts and demand planning requirements for supply chain and manufacturing purposes collaboratively with the customer base.Continually develop strategic, strong relationships with business owner, key management, department heads and team members with customers, participating in joint business planning and other value creation activities.
