Its about supporting our clients on a full-spectrum journey helping them reframe limiting beliefs, regulate their nervous systems, and rebuild habits they trust.We want someone who is all in emotionally, intellectually, and energetically and who is excited to contribute beyond task lists.Ideal Candidate:Has at least 2 years of experience in online coaching with a behavioural, mindset-forward approachBonus: NLP certification, Functional Health certification, or similarUnderstands the unique needs of women 40+ in menopause, including hormonal changes, sleep, cortisol, emotional eating, and mindset reprogrammingCan hold space and challenge clients compassionatelyUnderstands the value of high-touch support not just a message at the start and end of the week, but consistent, thoughtful engagement and accountability that helps clients feel seen, supported, and guided throughout their journeyIs able to give and receive feedback and critiques openly, recognising them as essential for growth and continuous improvement as a coachIs not building their own brand you're ready to go all in with a team you believe inResponsibilities:Manage a roster of up to 25 clients through our online system providing coaching using food logs, training plans, and consistent communication throughout the week via our platform, including weekly or biweekly coaching callsReview data and provide tailored feedbackSupport clients with emotional regulation, mindset shifts, and consistent routinesCollaborate with other coaches on the team to troubleshoot client behavior, explore challenges with specific clients, and share ideas or strategies to improve the coaching experienceContribute ideas for educational content and share insights on patterns/trends you wont be expected to create the content yourself, but your observations and input are essential for what we developAttend team meetings and development sessionsWhat a Day Could Look Like:Checking in on client messages and helping someone set realistic intentions for their workouts this weekResponding to a client navigating difficult menopausal symptoms and offering tailored suggestions to help manage themReviewing a clients food log and gently challenging self-sabotaging patterns with compassion and clarityRecording a quick form feedback video to help a client correct their technique on a tricky movementLeading a 1:1 coaching call to unpack mindset blocks, plan upcoming goals, and reframe unhelpful thinking patternsNo two days are exactly the same :)What We Value:These arent just nice-to-haves this is how we lead, communicate, and hire.Willingness to Have the Tough Conversations Say what needs to be said, kindly and clearly.
