As we expand across the UK, we are seeking a dynamic Area Manager to oversee our retail growth and lead the training and development of our perfume sales advisors.Role OverviewThe Area Manager will be responsible for launching and managing DXB Perfume retail locations across the UK. This role involves driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and leading the recruitment, training, and development of sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Expansion & OperationsLead the opening of new DXB Perfume retail locations, including standalone stores and concessions.Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple stores, ensuring brand standards and operational efficiency.Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to achieve targets, and optimize profitability.Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, merchandising, and team performance.Team Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, train, and mentor Store Managers and Sales Advisors, fostering a high-performance culture.Develop and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure consistent customer service excellence.Facilitate career development opportunities and succession planning within the retail team.Sales & Marketing InitiativesCollaborate with the marketing team to design and execute local marketing initiatives aimed at increasing foot traffic, enhancing brand visibility, and driving sales.Implement strategies to increase average transaction value through upselling, cross-selling, and bundling techniques.Work closely with Sales Advisors to identify opportunities for new customer acquisition and to develop personalized approaches for customer retention.Analyse customer data to tailor marketing efforts and improve customer engagement and loyalty.Customer Experience & Brand RepresentationEnsure all retail locations deliver a premium, personalized customer experience aligned with DXB Perfumes brand values.Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product offerings and service enhancements.Represent DXB Perfume at industry events and promotional activities to build brand awareness.Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar multi-site retail leadership role, preferably within the luxury fragrance or beauty industry.Strong track record in retail operations, sales performance management, and team development.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies.Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Company car allowance and travel expenses.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Employee discounts on DXB Perfume products.Supportive and dynamic work environment within a growing brand.
