Due to continued growth, were looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team someone who knows the ins and outs of temp recruitment and is comfortable working across a wide variety of disciplines. What Youll Be Doing:Managing a busy temp desk focused on public sector rolesWorking across multiple disciplines, including admin, finance, social care, and moreHandling end-to-end recruitment: from job brief to placement and post-placement careUtilising vendor portals / third-party systems to manage vacancies and candidate submissionsBuilding strong relationships with clients and candidates alikeContributing to a supportive, high-performing team culture What Were Looking For:Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment ideally with a strong temp focusPublic sector experience essentialConfidence and capability in working with vendor management systems (VMS)Ability to work independently with a self-starter mindsetExcellent communication and organisational skillsBased in the UK (remote working available occasional travel to Poole if needed) What We Offer:30,000 base salary + generous commission structure100% remote working for the right candidateFlexible working environment with autonomy and trustOngoing support and development from an experienced teamBe part of a growing agency where your input is genuinely valued Ready to Make a Move?
