Join us as a Senior Privacy AssociateYou'll be joining NatWest Boxed, our new Banking as a Service businessWell look to you to drive collaboration across the business to ensure effective and up to date awareness of data protection and privacy policyYou'll influence and challenge senior risk stakeholders in the interpretation and implementation of internal policy and regulatory requirements, flexing between corporate thinking and a start up innovative mindsetWhat you'll doAs a Senior Privacy Associate, youll work with the Data Privacy Officer to develop and deliver processes, procedures, and controls to manage the data privacy risk in support of our data privacy strategy of delivering long term sustainable value and positive customer outcomes.Youll also be:Driving the data privacy agenda across the business, identifying and producing high quality risk MI tailored to stakeholders needsMaking sure that all requirements of relevant data protection legislation are interpreted and implemented and that associated risks are minimised across the businessSupporting the development and delivery of processes, procedures, controls, training materials, and records to comply with legal and regulatory obligationsReviewing Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), assisting stakeholders with their completion, and making meaningful recommendations in pursuit of the management of riskThe skills you'll needTo succeed in this role, youll need knowledge of UK privacy law, regulation, policy, and practices and experience working in the financial services industry and the regulatory and commercial environment in which we operate.Youll also need:The ability to work independentlyExcellent communication, planning, and organisation skillsThe ability to convey complex information and ideas clearly to stakeholders and embed policy
