This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the creative direction of a fast-growing fashion brand, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in every design.Role DescriptionAs a Senior Creative Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing LUCA FALONI's visual identity across multiple touchpoints, including digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, advertising, and print collateral. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to develop compelling designs that align with the brand’s aesthetic and strategic goals. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of luxury branding, and the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging assets that captivate our audience.Key responsibilities include:Building the personality of our social image / art direction with art director/ head of brandSeasonal Illustrations development & pre scheduling season ahead submission to the art director / Head of BrandBrand alignment & creative brainstormsDesigning graphics titles for videos (Campaign, SBL, Craft) alongside with with art director / Head of BrandDesigning graphics motions for videos SBL, stills & illustrationsAssist in sourcing video musicAssist the team to look out for trends for fonts & motion graphicsKeep tabs on freelancer illustratorsRetouch:Retouching campaign images in keeping with the tone of the brand creative & outsourcing to freelancerAd-hoc express retouchPrint Graphics:Seasonal vinyl & poster Store Window display planning & orderingBuild relationships with printersSeasonal postcards store /e-comDesign seasonal SBL print materialNewspaper design/ Discuss Xmas Supplement with Art DirectorsRefine brand packaging as when neededNew stores openings logo & vinyl & poster designsTeam:Manage and set briefs for Junior designerAd hoc task delegation with Brand AssistantAlignment with PR and Social Coordinator for content scheduling (Journals Content, Ambassadors, & )Advising Stores and Warehouse Teams for initial new print products and their usesRequirements:Experience generating content for a fashion/luxury brand, preferably menswearStrong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere & After Effects)Brilliant layout and typography skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and ability to easily liaise between print and digital artworkSkilled designing/animating for paid media (Social + Motion Graphic Ads).Excellent retouching skills & colour correctionAbility to work under pressure without a 9 to 5 mentalityMaintain a good level of communication with team membersStrong organisation skills ensure you keep a comprehensive, trackable list of jobs and deadlinesDemonstrate a passion for and understanding of the LUCA FALONI to help build the brand personalityEntrepreneurial - We’re ambitious about our growth, so you need to be flexible and adaptive in an environment of change and uncertaintyAbility to design & edit videos is a big plusBasic knowledge of HTML and understanding of UI/UX principlesWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation package with performance-based bonuses.Opportunity to work with a passionate and creative team dedicated to excellence.A collaborative and inclusive work culture that values growth and innovation.Employee discounts on our luxurious products.We are an equal opportunities employer.
