Youll be their first point of contact, so its vital that you deliver outstanding service, every time.Day-to-day, youll be:Accurately completing processes and procedures, providing our customers with a seamless and positive experienceTaking the correct actions to deliver good customer outcomes, regularly reviewing their needsDealing with customer queries in full and on time, referring any to other teams and colleagues where necessaryUpdating customer information to make sure accurate records are maintainedThe skills you'll needYoull bring your experience of delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations in a private banking or financial services environment.
