In this role, theywill handle purchase requests and convert them into purchase ordersfor all Institutes on the Norwich Research Park, using phone,email, and online platforms.Theideal candidate:The idealcandidate will deliver exceptional customer service whilesupporting scientists with their purchasing needs. Additionally,the role will include a range of administrative duties, such asfiling, updating the supplier database, assisting with bi-annualstocktakes, and maintaining intranetpages.Candidates should possess good knowledgeof purchasing procedures and processes, and recent experience ofworking in a purchasing environment.Excellentcustomer service, communication and interpersonal skills areessential.Additionalinformation:Salary on appointmentwill be within the range 23,493 to 25,400 per annum depending onqualifications and experience.
