Our Auto Technicians are technically skilled as well as being experienced at giving great customer service, ensuring we wow every Halfords customer. This role is critical in delivering a great customer experience, providing a wide range of expert vehicle fitting services across car parts and technology. Carrying out most of this work yourself, you will also oversee the training of other members of the team. This work is carried out in our car park to the highest quality standards, and your expertise at practical problem solving and working quickly and efficiently will ensure our customers never want to shop elsewhere! Ideally, you already have experience in a retail or automotive/mechanic environment, but if you can demonstrate expert practical skills and experience of tailoring your approach in a customer focused sales environment, we can help you with the rest.
