As an Internal Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high service standards and fostering long term partnerships. This office based role involves daily communication with clients, handling queries, and working closely with the risk and credit teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Manage daily client requests, including funding drawdowns, reconciliation queries, and payment instructions. Monitor client usage, ensuring facilities are used within agreed parameters and flagging any exceptions. Maintain accurate records and communication logs in the CRM system. Collaborate with credit, risk, and compliance teams to ensure client adherence to facility terms. Provide ongoing support to the team and assist in client reviews. Identify opportunities to enhance client experience or cross-sell additional services. Proactively address client issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution.Essential Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to client service. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
