Join us in revolutionising digital healthcare while making a real impact on patient care.What You’ll Do:Clinical Risk Management: Implement and maintain a robust risk management system, ensuring the safety of our software solutions in healthcare settingsRegulatory Compliance & Governance: Ensure our products align with key regulatory standards, including DCB 0129 and ISO27001Incident Management: Lead root cause analyses, apply corrective actions, and work towards reducing high-severity incidentsCollaboration with Product & Engineering Teams: Embed clinical safety into product development, conduct pre-launch safety reviews, and analyse real-world usage data to drive improvementsStakeholder Engagement & Training: Educate teams on clinical safety best practices, liaise with regulatory bodies, and work with healthcare organisations to enhance patient safetyCaldicott Guardian Responsibilities: Uphold data protection and patient confidentiality standards within the organisationWhat You’ll Bring:Professional Clinical Registration: Active registration with NMC, GMC, GPhC, HCPC, or equivalent bodyClinical Expertise in Medicines Management: Experience working with care homes, pharmacies, CCGs, and health authoritiesRisk Management Skills: Proven ability to identify and manage clinical hazards, oversee safety case production, and maintain hazard logsRegulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Experience working in a CQC-regulated environment and applying clinical safety regulations in digital healthLeadership & Collaboration: Strong track record of working within multidisciplinary teams, leading on safety initiatives, and driving digital transformationTraining & Communication: Ability to educate teams on safety best practices and engage with key stakeholders at all levelsWhat We Offer:A base salary of up to £60,000 depending on experienceModern town centre offices in Guildford, with opportunity for ad hoc home workingBonus scheme25 days holidayNet zero pension schemeAdditional perks including; cycle to work scheme, staff discounts portal and Employee Assistance ProgrammeAt Person Centred Software, we’re leading the digital revolution in social care.
