Reporting to the Sales Director, we’re now on the look-out for a brilliant, passionate, and driven NAM/SNAM who wants to take ownership of this channel to continue the high growth but also put their stamp on it by seeking out new customers / routes to market. The ideal candidate will have worked within an SME environment before and appreciate the fact that this role will be extremely ‘hands on’. They will have a demonstrable track record of working with retail customers (such as Tesco & Boots in the UK). Execute strategic sales plansfor your accounts, ensuring you deliver against your individual commercial target. Build great relationships with our customersso that we are seen as a credible, trusted supplier that operates with discipline and maximizes growth opportunities. Own the approach to new businessleading best in class sales pitches and negotiations to deliver value adding JBPs. Identify growth opportunitiesto increase share of space. Help lead the customer marketing approach to ensure we win at the first moment of truth, and your accounts have everything they need to grow ahead of the market. Own reporting and forecastingfor your accounts to ensure the business has visibility of historic and projected performance and work cross-functionally with supply and marketing to get input and support to win in your accounts in the long term. Monitor and stay ahead of market trends . Utilise available data sources to lead analysis and insight to drive customer and consumer focused internal decisions (price, promotions, innovation needs, marketing plans) and effectively influence retailers. Your Profile: Min 5-6 yrs experience at SNAM or NAM level essential Must be commercially minded with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills Experience of working in with UK retail accounts, managing P&Ls Prior experience of negotiating JBPs, CPIs and contracts Strong analytical skills to understand market trends Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate and lead other team members Positive and Passionate: Enthusiasm for WUKA’s mission and values What’s on Offer: £50-60K+ up to 10%, performance bonus - subject to experience 22 days holiday excluding bank holidays Hybrid working, 3-4 days a month in our office (London or Herts) Free & discounted WUKA products Health Insurance Opportunity to participate in other aspects of the business beyond this role Regular team socials Ready to join the WUKA team?
