Horizon Teachers are working with anAlternative Provision based in Brentwho are looking to appoint aLearning Support Assistantto work with their hard-working, yet challenging students starting after the Easter break, for the rest of the academic year, on a full-time basis. The school caters for bothPrimary and Secondary aged childrenand many of the students at the school have challenging behaviour and may have been excluded from mainstream school. The school provides a therapeutic approach to support and nurture children and support them according to their needs. In this Learning Support Assistant position you will be working 1:1 and within small groups to help improve the wellbeing of the students and help manage their behaviour. You will need to be passionate to quickly build rapport with the students and experience within a similar role would be desirable. This role will pay up to £575 per week.
