A leading international creative studio specialising in brand experience is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of innovative, multidisciplinary projects from concept through completion. The studio is known for creating impactful, story-driven work that blends art, design, and cultural narratives, transforming spaces for top global brands and institutions.3 days a week in the London officeCirca £50k (some flex)*this is not a role for an advertising PM. Needs to have a Design / retail / experiential background.As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be central to the successful delivery of a wide range of creative projects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including creatives, strategists, and business development, managing client relationships, budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless execution.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for clients from initial briefing through post-installation supportLead projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budgetPrepare comprehensive costing documents including estimates, quotes, and final fee proposalsManage multiple projects simultaneously across varying budgets and scopesLiaise and negotiate with suppliers, fabricators, and contractorsProvide regular updates to senior leadership on project status and financialsKeep internal teams informed of project progress, timelines, and key deliverablesCollaborate with project leadership to allocate resources and design time effectivelyAdvise creative teams on feasible materials, processes, and techniques for project executionSource props, products, and materials as needed for each projectCoordinate site visits and relay insights and logistics to internal stakeholdersOversee on-site installations, ensuring quality and adherence to project goalsAct as a communication bridge between clients, creatives, and external partnersSkills & Experience RequiredEducational background in a design-related fieldDemonstrated experience managing creative projects across disciplines and scalesClient-facing experience with strong account handling skillsProven track record of project management within the creative or design industriesExperience managing production budgets up to £500,000 (or equivalent)Exceptional organisational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality workAbility to proactively contribute to the evolution and improvement of studio processesProficiency in Adobe InDesignWorking knowledge of CAD software is a plusWe are committed to ensuring and supporting representation from all backgrounds across the creative industry, irrespective of race, religion, belief, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability or socio-economic background.
