Our client is recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to work for them, initially on a temporary basis, within a large commercial site in the Southport area. You will oversee a team of operatives including mechanical, electrical and building fabric technicians and will be responsible for ensuring that all property maintenance is delivered effectively across the site.The ideal person will have a strong building services background, and ideally have a mechanical or electrical apprenticeship too. You will have excellent communication skills and will be an effective communicator to all levels of staff.The role will be initially for 6 months - 37.5 hours per week. Hourly rate equivalent to £42k
