MEICA Site Manager - Mogden Sewage Treatment WorksWe're looking for a MEICA Site Agent / Manager to join our clients team delivering essential upgrades at one of the largest wastewater treatment works in the UK – Mogden.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile infrastructure project, leading on-site MEICA activities, ensuring safety, quality, and progress across multidisciplinary teams.Role Summary:Lead and manage MEICA aspects of construction projects, ensuring delivery to time, cost, safety, and quality standards. Work closely with project stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes and support installation, commissioning, and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Oversee site delivery of MEICA works within civil and water sector projectsLead site teams, providing direction on MEICA installation and commissioningPrepare and maintain project documentation, including RAMS, ITPs, commissioning plans, and O&M recordsSupport design compliance, procurement scheduling, and site testingMaximise commercial performance through cost control, planning, and reportingAct as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and successful handoverProduce accurate reports and forecasts; chair weekly site meetingsKey Requirements:Essential:Proven experience in MEICA & civil engineering, preferably in regulated environmentsKnowledge of CDM regulations, risk management, cost control, and programme managementLevel 3 Electrical Installations (BS7671 18th edition) and relevant MEICA qualificationsHNC/Degree in Engineering or equivalent; strong leadership and organisational skillsCSCS Card, IOSH/SMSTS, Temporary Works CoordinatorDesirable:CEng MICE or equivalentExperience in utilities (Water/Wastewater), WIMES standards, and NEC/JCT contracts2391/52 inspection & testing qualificationsConfined space and water hygiene certificationBenefits:Salary of up to circa £70k + Wider Package (Car Allowance/Company Vehicle + Bonus)Life Assurance, Private Medical25 days annual leave in addition to 8 public bank holidays and loyalty daysEmployee Assistance ProgrammeLeadership & management training and coachingRegular line management engagement and appraisal to support your career progressionDevelopment supported by internal and externally delivered trainingContinuous service awards
