We specialise in consulting and constructing high-performing Go-To-Market (GTM), Technical and customer success functions for emerging disruptors in the technology industry.About the Role:As our Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of our financial operations, reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll play a key role in strategic decision-making by producing clear financial reports, board packs, and budgeting models. You’ll also collaborate across the business to improve internal systems and processes, especially around our CRM and headcount forecasting.What We Seek:Own all financial reporting, including monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasting, and board packs for monthly leadership and investor meetings.Lead the annual budgeting process, with a particular focus on headcount planning and recruitment forecasting.Work with senior leadership to analyse financial performance and provide commercial insights that support business growth.Oversee and continuously improve our internal finance processes, leveraging technology and automation where possible.Be an internal champion for CRM data accuracy and support system improvements to strengthen our forecasting and reporting capabilities.Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors as needed.Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and internal controls.Requirements:Fully qualified ACCAProven experience in the recruitment industry in a similar finance or commercial role.Confident producing and presenting monthly board packs and contributing to strategic financial planning.Strong command of budgeting and forecasting, especially around headcount modelling.Comfortable working with CRM systems (Bullhorn, Salesforce, Vincere, etc.) and open to learning new tools.Process-driven mindset with a desire to level up internal operations and drive efficiencies.Proactive communicator, comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.Clear progression pathway into a future Head of Finance or CFO role.Interested?We’d love to hear from you.
