We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and quality products that cater to motorcycle enthusiasts of all kinds.We are currently looking to recruit a Van Driver/Motorcycle Valeter to join our successful Destination Motorcycles team in Fareham, Solent.Main Duties/ResponsibilitiesWelcome all visitors to the site, providing guidance as requiredEnsure all keys are returned to the key cupboard and that the cupboard is locked at all timesEnsure all vehicles are secure when vacatedDelivery/collection of motorcycles for the service departmentDelivery/collection of sold motorcyclesAssist with moving vehicles on and off site as requiredAssist customers with parking where necessaryBe aware of the importance of good customer serviceCollect bikes from customers for servicing or repairMake deliveries of courtesy bikes and bikes completed after service/repairEnsure insurance cover note documents are received from customer on hand over of courtesy bikes and check for any damage upon returnReport any damage to courtesy bikes/stock bikes or the company van if noticedCarry out service washes on bikes in for serviceKeep all demo and service loan bikes cleanValet and apply products to all new and used bikes prior to handover.You may be asked to work outside the normal hours if certain deliveries are required.
