This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing, international manufacturing business at the forefront of regulatory and environmental compliance.As a Compliance Administrator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Compliance Manager in ensuring that a diverse range of hygiene and product solutions meet legal and regulatory obligations across the UK, EU, US, and global markets. From regulatory documentation and SDS creation to label proofing and sustainability submissions, your work will help ensure that the business remains ahead of evolving global legislation.What You'll Be Doing:Label Compliance & SDS ManagementSupport with labelling compliance under GB/EU CLP, OSHA, and GHS standardsProofread product labels to ensure alignment with their SDSsCreate and update SDSs using Formpak softwareAssign UFI numbers and prepare i6Z files for EU Poison Centre notificationsTrack SDS updates using WrikeDocumentation & Regulatory SupportMaintain key compliance documents (e.g. ISO certificates, CoAs, CoCs, CE, UKCA)Assist in sustainability applications (carbon footprint, plastic tax)Monitor emerging legislation (REACH, RoHS, CE, FCC, Prop 65, etc.)Use platforms like Helix and ECHA for regulatory researchCommunicate directly with manufacturing partners to source or verify documentationInternal & Customer SupportRespond to internal queries and assist Customer Support with documentation requestsDraft declarations and support the Compliance Manager with technical reviewsWhat You’ll Need:Meticulous attention to detail with strong proofreading skillsStrong organisational skills and ability to multitaskProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Adobe Acrobat ProComfortable learning and using new software platformsSome knowledge of regulatory frameworks (REACH, GHS, OSHA, CLP) is a plusExperience with SDS platforms like Formpak is advantageousTools You’ll Be Using:Formpak – SDS creationWrike – Workflow trackingHelix – Regulatory and chemical dataECHA – Legislative researchOffice 365 – Daily communication and document managementThis is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to gain deep exposure to international regulatory compliance within a supportive, detail-driven environment.Ready to take your next step in compliance?
