Conduct site inspections, incident reporting, and safety briefings.Project & Site Management: Oversee daily operations, coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors. Conduct briefings, manage documentation, and ensure timely project delivery.Programme & Client Liaison: Update project schedules, report progress, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Technical & Commercial Support: Assist with setting out, procurement, and cost management. Support contract variations and compensation events.Leadership & Team Development: Provide guidance, training, and development for site teams, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.Sub Agent Job RequirementsProven experience in a Sub Agent or Site Management role within civil engineering, infrastructure, or coastal or marine works.Degree or HND within Civil EngineeringStrong knowledge of HSE regulations, environmental management, and quality control.CSCS, SMSTS and CPCS Appointed Person advantageousTemporary Works Coordinator and fire warden advantageousHeavy civils, deep drainage and Marine experience desirableExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.Proficiency in risk assessment, method statements, and health & safety compliance.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Security clearance will be required.UK Driving LicenceSub Agent Salary & BenefitsSalary – up to £50,000Car allowance25 Days holiday + BHPension up to 10% matchPrivate healthcare and PhoneAnnual discretionary bonus
