They pride themselves on delivering high-quality and customised cleaning solutions to our clients. As their business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced and dedicated Area Cleaning Manager to join their team.Position overview:The area manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple cleaning contracts within the assigned area. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can effectively manage a team of cleaners, maintain excellent relationships, and ensure all cleaning services are delivered to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:· Manage and supervise a team of cleaners, providing guidance, training and support as needed.· Develop cleaning protocols and ensure all team members adhere to them to maintain consistency and quality.· Monitor team and performance and conduct regular site audits to ensure all cleaning services meet the company’s standards.· Assign duties and schedules to team members, ensuring optimal coverage and timely completion of tasks.· Maintain communication with clients to understand their cleaning requirements and address any issues and concerns promptly.· Conduct regular inventory checks and order necessary cleaning supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.· Prepare and maintain accurate reports on cleaning activities, budget and team performance.· Continuously seek opportunities to improve cleaning process and efficiency.Experience:· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role in the cleaning industry.· In depth knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals· Strong leadership and communication skills· Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities· Proficiency in using computer systems and software (e.g Microsoft office, scheduling software)· Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportationWhy Apply?:· Competitive salary and benefits package· Opportunity for growth and career advancement· Dynamic and supportive work environment· Ongoing training and development· Chance to make a positive impact on our clients and staff membersIf you are a highly organised and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional cleaning services, we want to hear from you!
