This role suits a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills and experience handling complex projects. You'll play a key role in maximizing profitability while maintaining quality and client satisfaction. What will I be doing? In this role, you'll:Own the budgeting process-create accurate estimates and keep costs under control.Stay on top of project costs, spotting savings and managing any variances.Lead procurement and contract negotiations, handling variations, claims, and disputes.Make sure contracts tick all the legal, regulatory, and client requirement boxes.Spot potential risks early, put mitigation plans in place, and guide teams to stay ahead. What do I need to succeed? In this role, you'll have a:Hands-on experience with DNO, Power, or Renewable Energy projects.Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven track record in managing complex construction projects.Strong NEC contract experience.Deep understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
