You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of their engineering team by managing work schedules, optimising planned maintenance, and improving overall equipment effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Plan & Schedule Maintenance – Develop, coordinate, and improve planned maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.CMMS Management – Maintain and optimise the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring accurate reporting and data integrity.Performance Analysis – Analyse equipment downtime and work order history to drive continuous improvement and increase asset efficiency.Preventative Maintenance – Implement strategies to transition from reactive to proactive maintenance, reducing unplanned downtime.Team Support – Work closely with engineers, production teams, and site leadership to ensure maintenance schedules align with operational needs.Continuous Improvement – Support site-wide engineering improvement projects using CI/Lean methodologies.What We’re Looking For:Engineering background (apprenticeship/day release training preferred).Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, Tier 1 automotive, or industrial environments.Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills.Proficiency with CMMS systems and high-level computer literacy.Knowledge of condition monitoring and preventative maintenance strategies.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Why Join?You will have the opportunity to work with big brands, work within a dynamic work environment, with career progression opportunities, and the chance to be part of an industry-leading team.Apply now or contact:Caroline
