You will serve as a passionate Frasers Group ambassador who embodies and champions the core values of the group and upholds a professional approach.This role is based 4 days a week at our Academy House HQ, with 1 day WFHConfidently manage, scout, and collaborate with a diverse range of influencers and communities who are aligned with the Frasers Group brand portfolio: FRASERS, FLANNELS, FLANNELS Beauty, Sports Direct (Running, Football, Training & Outdoor), 18montrose, USC, and more.Help create and manage a group-wide influencer ambassador program and content strategy, working closely with the digital marketing team to support driving key business KPIs.Respond to and action incoming brand influencer briefs swiftly and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and updates are provided to the brand marketing team.Facilitate outreach, contract negotiation, briefing, payments, and approvals, with appropriate oversight from the line manager.Develop and maintain a comprehensive master database of influencers across the group, focusing on identifying and introducing fresh, influential creators on all social media platforms, while collaborating with brand marketing and social teams to ensure alignment with each brand’s core values and key personas. Additionally, assist in influencer and community casting by proactively recommending names and initiatives that drive engagement, earned media, and cultural relevance across fashion, beauty, sports, arts, and music.Build and nurture strong relationships with external agencies, influencers, and key stakeholders, fostering effective and ongoing communication.Oversee the full lifecycle of influencer product engagements, including orders, tracking, and returns.Assist with overseeing the influencer marketing budget to ensure costs are within the allocated departmental budget.Prepare and present evaluation reports for internal review and distribution.Participate in the planning and execution of key events and launch activations.Qualifications3+ years of experience in talent, influencer, and community management, either in-house or within an agency settingExperience within talent management in the fashion/retail industryProven ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless and consistent communication across all levels.Exceptional written English skills, with strong attention to detailExcellent analytical abilities, coupled with strong communication, coordination, and planning skills.Deep understanding of marketing channels, social media platforms, and talent/influencer management.Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing demands, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Additional InformationAlong with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:Reward, Recognition and OpportunitiesFrasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
